Snoozr and getsnoozr.app are operated by Faintest Ink, LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website, contact us, or use the current Snoozr preview app.
Information in the app
Snoozr saves your alarm schedule, preferences, vacation dates, morning activity, focus-challenge progress, streak history, and purchase-delivery records on your device. These records let the app prepare alarms, resume an unfinished morning, and show your progress. The current app has no Snoozr account or cloud-sync service, and does not send these records to a Snoozr server.
iOS processes the information needed for alarms, notifications, and Live Activities. You control their permissions in your device settings. The shape-matching focus challenge does not need motion access. Some preview builds also contain a walking test that, if used with permission, reads motion information and keeps its results on the device.
If you choose to share a progress summary, the date and statistics in that summary go to the app or person you select. Your device or computer backups may also include Snoozr's local files, depending on your backup settings.
Purchases
Snoozr uses Apple's purchase system for optional snoozes. Apple handles payment information; Snoozr does not receive your card number. The app keeps transaction and delivery information so it can provide a purchased snooze and handle an interrupted delivery. The current preview uses test purchases.
This website
Cloudflare provides the website's hosting and network services. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing connection information such as your IP address, the requested page, and basic browser information.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and website performance. It does not use analytics cookies, browser storage, or fingerprinting to recognize you across visits. Cloudflare's analytics service receives connection information when a measurement is sent and discards the source IP address rather than storing it in its analytics databases or logs. We use these statistics to improve the website.
The current Snoozr preview app does not include an analytics SDK.
Contacting us
When you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer your request, investigate problems, and provide support. Cloudflare routes messages sent to our domain to our Google Gmail inbox. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
How information is used and kept
We use information to provide and protect Snoozr, respond to requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising across other companies' apps and websites. Service providers process information needed to perform their roles, and we may disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud or security problems.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and improving it and answering support requests, applicable legal obligations, or your consent where consent is required. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us.
Local app records remain in the app's storage until that storage is removed. Deleting the app removes its local data from that installation; separate backups and information you shared elsewhere are managed through those services. We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and any related security, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. We do not have a server copy of your local alarm history to delete or restore.
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their handling of information is also described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy, and, for Apple services, Apple Privacy Policy.
Your choices and requests
You can change app permissions in iOS settings, choose whether to share a summary, and manage your device backups. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, restrict or object to its use, withdraw consent, or raise a concern with your local privacy regulator. Email privacy@getsnoozr.app to ask about information we hold or exercise these rights. We may need enough information to verify and respond to your request.
