These terms apply to getsnoozr.app and the Snoozr preview provided by Faintest Ink, LLC. Using the website or app means you agree to these terms. Snoozr is currently being prepared for public release; a preview or screenshot is not an offer of immediate App Store availability.
Using Snoozr
Snoozr helps you plan a wake-up routine using alarms, an optional focus challenge, and optional paid snoozes. You choose your schedule and settings. Review the next alarm shown in the app and allow the permissions it needs. Settings for an already committed morning may remain locked even when you change your future schedule.
Alarm delivery depends on your device, permissions, operating system, and app state. Open Snoozr regularly and after travel or a time-zone change to check your next alarm. Snoozr does not guarantee that you will wake up or complete an activity, and is not intended for emergency or safety-critical alerts.
Optional snoozes
Each successful snooze purchase provides nine additional minutes at the price shown for that morning. Every additional snooze is a separate purchase. There is no subscription, and a missed alarm, cancelled checkout, or unfinished focus challenge does not by itself authorize a purchase. Snooze payments are purchases, not savings deposits, donations, or refundable stakes.
Purchases in the current preview are tests. When real purchases are available, Apple will present the applicable price and confirmation through its purchase system. Apple's purchasing terms and applicable consumer rights will apply. For a purchase or delivery problem, contact support@getsnoozr.app. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases can be made through Apple's refund service; approval is determined by Apple and applicable law.
Streaks and progress
A scheduled morning earns streak credit when you finish the focus challenge without snoozing. Planned rest days and vacation do not add or break streak credit. Progress is a record of activity in the app, not proof that you are awake or a promise of a particular result.
Responsible use
Use Snoozr lawfully and do not interfere with the website, compromise its security, or misuse another person's information. Snoozr's name, artwork, software, and website content belong to Faintest Ink, LLC or their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Features may change as Snoozr develops. We will post updated terms here with a revised date. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
